Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing (French or Italian Speaking)

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and/or Italian.
• At least 3 years of client service or account management experience with reputable brands.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience is required.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Awin, CJ, and others.
• Ability to travel is necessary.
• Advanced Excel skills including report customization and formulas.
• Experience in managing and motivating team members.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and communications, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic plans and tactical outlines to meet client goals, introducing innovative ideas.
• Implement affiliate recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze data, produce reports, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members, ensuring accountability and high performance.
