Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management / IT Operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant ITSM certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders to create and maintain ITSM platform strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage and execute key initiatives in the ITSM space to accomplish outcomes defined in the roadmap.
• Lead the transformation of ITSM processes, driving organizational change and efficiency.
• Oversee operational and capital expenditure budgets for the ITSM platform.
• Define and track KPIs and operational metrics to measure ITSM platform effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members involved in ITSM initiatives.
• Foster strategic business relationships to ensure ITSM alignment with organizational needs.
