• Proven track record in selling cloud security enterprise solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Skill in designing and implementing enablement tools and driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Technical Field Enablement through demos, customer stories, and addressing pain points.
• Support pre-sales processes, technical training, and development.
• Guide team through key deal moments, providing coaching and conflict resolution.
• Recruit, train, and retain Sales Engineers, fostering team alignment with sales strategy.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and represent Orca at industry events.
