• 4 years of full-time product design experience.
• Experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in a technical space.
• Finely tuned visual, UI, and interaction skills for web-based applications.
• Exhibit kindness and humility, seeking to understand teammates.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to improve craft and collaboration.
• Expert in Figma and prototyping.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with a small team of talented engineers to develop patterns across the platform and all of our products.
• Set standards for animations, interactions, and delightful details.
• Go deeper on accessibility than just color, text sizes, and semantic tagging. You’ll ensure tab indexes and keyboard interactions are optimized to serve all of our users.
• Work as a brand designer within the product, enhancing the look and feel across the app to provide customers with a consistent and delightful experience.
