Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and virtual platforms.
• Experience in training, resume development, and career coaching.
• Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in writing and reviewing civilian and federal resumes.
• Coordinate with employers participating in hiring events.
• Recruit veterans and families to participate in the VETS Course.
• Instruct the VETS Course in-person or virtually as assigned.
• Provide case management and one-on-one career services.
