Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and other virtual platforms.
• Experience with training and resume development.
• Ability to coach others in the current job market.
• Self-motivated with capability to excel in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assists clients in writing and reviewing resumes.
• Coordinates with partnered employers for hiring fairs.
• Recruits veterans to attend VETS Courses.
• Instructs the VETS Course as assigned.
• Plans and follows up with clients via various communication methods.
• Provides one-on-one services such as coaching and interviewing help.
• Addresses challenges faced by clients in their transition to employment.
• Represents OJRV at community events with supervisor's authorization.
• Acts as a liaison between employers and clients.
