Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years experience in Sales Engineering supporting Enterprise or Major accounts.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
  • Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud security or container security.
  • Startup experience and strong team player qualities.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Strategic Sales Reps to evaluate customer needs and execute account plans.
  • Act as the primary technical contact during pre-sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept trials.
  • Design customized solutions for customers.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements to product management.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment with strategies.
