Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on LATAM market.
• Proven experience in mass hiring, particularly for sales roles.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local labor laws in LATAM is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted strategies to source top talent in the LATAM region using various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
• Ensure timely hiring with a proactive approach to recruitment.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and address inquiries.
• Stay updated on LATAM talent market trends, providing insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Track and report on metrics like time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
• Analyze data to improve processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
