Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in leading end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and executing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required with PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience in technology-driven businesses or industries such as IT or software development, focusing on delivering innovative solutions.
• Software experience in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira, as well as experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Ensure all project activities meet quality standards and comply with company policies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and departments.
• Oversee the project’s progress from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery.
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes for future projects.
