Requirements:
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Ten or more years of experience in complex pharmaceutical customer-facing roles, particularly in Hematology/Oncology, nephrology, and rare diseases.
  • Two to three years of experience in channel strategy, including strategy execution and distribution management.
  • Expertise in working with IDNs, Health Systems, and GPOs to ensure products are on formulary.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and implementing contracts.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, initiate and secure distribution for drugs treating PNH and future Nephrology indications.
  • Meet with senior executives at assigned accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Execute the Strategic Account Management strategy and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate and coordinate contracts at assigned accounts.
  • Develop educational content and present contract proposals.
  • Align brand initiatives with GPO capabilities.
  • Monitor sales performance to meet set objectives.
  • Create and update Account Business Plans.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
