Requirements:

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical roles, focusing on Hematology/Oncology, nephrology, rare diseases.
• 2-3 years of experience in channel strategy execution.
• Proven success in negotiating and managing product contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and secure distribution while negotiating and managing business objectives with accounts.
• Meet with senior executives to identify opportunities.
• Implement Strategic Account Management strategy to achieve business goals.
• Negotiate and manage contract evaluations.
• Develop educational content and proposals as required.
• Monitor sales performance against targets.
• Create and update Account Business Plans.
