Requirements:
  • Must have CPG experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • At least 2-5 years in a support administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be resourceful and be willing to search to find the information.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills.
  • Willing to work in a team or independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports Sales Development and Engagement team members on client initiatives and daily business management.
  • Enter and maintain customer promotions into Client’s proprietary trade management system.
  • Match incoming customer deductions to the correct promotion in the system.
  • Work closely with Client and C.A. Fortune teams to ensure that products and pricing are correct in trade management system.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving deductions issues.
  • Assist client and C.A. Fortune team with sales and trade spend reporting, if requested.
