Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR administrative role.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS systems is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support onboarding processes with necessary documentation and scheduling orientation sessions.
• Track employee compliance with training requirements and certifications.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes and policies.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
