Requirements:

• 5+ years production experience with complete development cycles in a production role.
• Experience as a Producer within game development, having shipped at least one game.
• Outstanding organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall development.
• Proven track record in rapid development cycles and live games.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with production and team leads to handle the production schedule and identify dependencies.
• Manage capacity and understand the velocity of the feature team.
• Collaborate to ensure key objectives are met and prepare realistic project schedules.
• Implement JIRA for project tracking and manage content/release tracking.
• Identify risks to key dates and communicate regularly with team members.
• Foster a positive work environment and advocate for the player.
