Vice President, Field Services (Remote)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in field services or operations.
• At least 7 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, network solutions, and/or field engineering services.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a strategy for Field Services to support growth.
• Develop scalable service delivery models aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement industry-leading tools and methodologies for efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the Field Services team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Standardize processes to enhance service operations and client satisfaction.
• Track KPIs to measure performance and client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
