Requirements:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with a focus on Web testing.
  • Proficiency in using automation tools and frameworks for Web, such as Playwright, JavaScript language.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, such as Bitrise, CircleCI.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Speechify Web app, ensuring comprehensive coverage for both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, reproduce, and document issues and defects in the Web app.
  • Utilize and maintain automation tools and frameworks for Web, such as Playwright, to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in Web testing and automation.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summaries.
  • Communicate testing results, progress, and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in agile development processes, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process and tool improvements.
