Requirements:

• Qualifications or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Scrum and a wider awareness of agile principles.
• Experience in an enterprise agency environment and hands-on Scrum expertise.
• Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and promoting transparency.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including budget and time tracking.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Knowledge of web technologies like WordPress, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

• Applying Scrum to produce high-quality work.
• Manage each project's scope and timeline.
• Create and maintain a team culture that embodies shared responsibility for successful delivery.
• Guide the team on agile principles and practices.
• Work with the squad to define and refine project scope and resource requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops to establish project needs.
• Facilitate meetings to monitor project progress and address issues.
• Remove impediments for the team.
• Assess the impact of scope changes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Encourage experimentation for learning and problem-solving.
