Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans for customer onboarding, defining clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery of all onboarding activities while meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve roadblocks.
  • Tailor onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Conduct engaging product training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, facilitating a seamless handoff to the Customer Success Manager.
  • Assist customers with complex technical configurations and integrations.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance the onboarding experience.
