Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject from a top tier university.
• Experience bringing new data driven products to market within a SaaS application.
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling methods.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning methods.
• Experience working with ML Ops teams.
• Domain knowledge of large scale, data driven SaaS applications, preferably in MarTech.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a data science team.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a long-term data science strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead the development and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML models, creating new products and value for customers.
• Foster strong partnerships with other departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning and champion learning activities.
• Oversee design and maintenance of robust data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML for innovative products and services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support advanced analytics and AI/ML.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status to the Board and Executive Team.
