Requirements:

• Familiarity with a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong understanding of product strategy aligning engineering with business goals.
• Proactive in critical thinking and questioning product requirements.
• Strong fundamentals in vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Advanced expertise in React, including server and client-side components.
• Deep knowledge of NextJS and its capabilities.
• Experience with GraphQL and modern API integration.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), SASS, CSS, Webpack, and Storybook.
• Experience with Jest and React testing frameworks.
• Expertise in Layered Architecture Principles for clean design.
• Ability to deliver features quickly with a continuous delivery mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to clarify product requirements and ensure business alignment.
• Proactively refine requirements and propose strategic solutions.
• Build user experiences using React, NextJS, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Apply Layered Architecture Principles to separate business rules from UI components.
• Utilize server and client-side components in React.
• Champion component-driven development with Storybook.
• Write resilient unit tests using Jest and React testing frameworks.
• Deliver features quickly and iterate for improvement.
• Lead discussions on strategic approaches to achieve goals and encourage collaboration.
• Write clean, maintainable code and stay updated with front end technologies.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
