Sales Enablement Instructional Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3-5 years of instructional design experience with 2 years in sales enablement or a technology environment.
• Experience in B2B instructional design.
• Demonstrated experience designing various learning solutions (eLearning modules, job aids, etc.).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and design methodologies.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
• Experience with LMS and data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning content for sales and technical onboarding, ongoing training, and product launches.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Build eLearning modules, videos, and interactive exercises.
• Maintain and update existing training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed on learning technologies and trends.
• Mentor junior instructional designers.
