Requirements:

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
• Bachelor's degree required in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in revenue management.
• Experience with Account Billing, Follow-up, Charge Integrity, and Insurance Verification preferred.
• Exhibits team building and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills supervising direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manages teams within revenue cycle operations.
• Motivates staff to achieve customer service and operational goals.
• Implements solutions to problems affecting teams.
• Promotes proactive practices and timely responses to correspondence.
• Identifies and participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Redesigns processes to improve service and productivity.
• Tracks trends and reports findings to leadership.
• Prepares service level metrics for leadership.
• Evaluates and recommends hiring new staff.
• Identifies training needs and coordinates training programs.
• Establishes performance standards and monitors staff activities.
• Conducts performance appraisals and addresses performance issues.
