Requirements:

• 3年以上の企業法務経験（契約レビュー及び法令対応の双方を含むこと）
• 民商法に関する知識
• 下請法、個人情報保護法、景品表示法の少なくとも１つの領域に関する十分な知識及び経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 柔軟性があり、リスクベースドにバランスをとった思考ができること
• 理論的視座をしっかりと押さえた上で、実践レベルで現実味のあるto doを考え、提示できること
• 新たなことを学ぶ意思と能力

Responsibilities:

• Create and review contracts and terms of use.
• Respond to legal inquiries.
• Conduct legal research and drive compliance projects (may include overseas regulations depending on English proficiency and interest).
• Collaborate with law firms.
• Conduct internal training sessions.
• Handle disputes.
• Engage with regulatory authorities.
