Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for helping build a talented and diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Review, screen, and filter candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently organize, track, and update candidate information.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all candidate records and documentation.
• Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Support additional recruitment initiatives.
