Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Support Engineer in .NET Core, C# and Angular.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases; ability to write and optimize queries.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Good understanding of the Azure Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide second and third-line technical support for .NET and Angular-based applications.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes.
