Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with database management and querying (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong experience with AWS and IaC tools like Terraform.
• Solid understanding of ML infrastructure including data pipelines and model serving.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience implementing AI/ML best practices like CI/CD and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills for technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, training, and optimization of large-scale generative AI models.
• Own the lifecycle of generative AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Build and enhance the generative AI platform using AWS and modern development tools.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of generative AI systems with robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities.
• Guide and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
