Requirements:

• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in an international setting and Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Fluency in English: all internal communication is in English.
• Based in VN Famalicão or Braga region (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and be part of their successful professional path.
• Understand HR needs to plan international recruitment processes.
• Manage Talent Acquisition processes.
• Manage onboarding sessions.
• Contribute to the quality of the HR processes.
