Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience in dental RCM and EDI.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use.
• Ability to successfully multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of technical and procedural functions.
• Ability to solve practical problems in varied situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to channel partners and DSOs.
• Act as a point of escalation for channel partners and DSO clients, researching and resolving issues.
• Nurture professional relationships to encourage referrals and business growth.
• Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams for collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and institutional policies including data security.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards in all interactions.
