Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 - 4 years in a customer service role providing written and verbal support.
  • Appreciation for delivering an incredible customer experience.
  • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn multiple tools (e.g., Slack, CRM - SFDC, Asana, Front).
  • Effective time management and self-drive.
  • Able to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a regularly assigned schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Consistent internet speed of 25 mbps, 50 mbps preferred.
  • Experience with high-performing teams in a high-growth startup is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Triage, route and answer inbound questions from clinicians across various communication channels.
  • Provide prompt and quality responses while meeting SLAs.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during all interactions.
  • Become an expert in Trusted communication and workflows.
  • Work closely with Payroll and Billing to support functions.
  • Identify areas for process and product improvements based on feedback.
