Requirements:

• 4-8 years' experience in a finance partner role.
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce marketing space.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; NetSuite and Shopify experience preferred.
• Retail e-commerce experience is highly valued.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills leveraging insights to achieve results.
• Understanding of non-financial metrics related to e-commerce and marketing.
• Creative problem-solving skills with financial modeling experience.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and cash drivers.
• CPA qualified and business degree preferred.
• Highly analytical, able to work with multiple data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with key commercial stakeholders to impact financial results.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and support financial analysis for initiatives.
• Support Group Finance with USA P&L inputs for budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze business trends and present insights to leadership.
• Drive insight and ROI analysis of marketing spending.
• Conduct P&L scenario analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze commercial KPIs and promotional activities.
• Contribute to month-end close reporting processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities in budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage S&OP forecasting process for the US market.
