Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Own the resolution of all reactive tickets in the Enterprise support Incident management system.
  • Implement assigned proactive tasks as outlined by the Service Delivery Operations Manager.
  • Centralise technical support for Field Engineers for onsite incidents and configuration tasks.
  • Provide escalation support to other lines of support and demonstrate troubleshooting skills.
  • Assist in creating local support processes such as alerting mechanisms and proactive scheduling.
  • Complete out of hours support as part of the on-call rota.
