• 2-3 years of government proposal writing and management experience.

• Passion for supporting law enforcement and government agencies.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead for all proposal-related activities and meetings.
• Manage the proposal process from evaluation to kick-off to submission for up to 4-6 proposals simultaneously.
• Set and adhere to deadlines, report on progress, and integrate demand for proposal team resources.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Ensure compliance, responsiveness, and accuracy of proposals.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks.
• Use tracking systems to log, monitor, and update bid opportunities.
• Maintain the in-house proposal library.
• Adhere to end-to-end proposal management processes and drive completion of deliverables.
