• 5-7 years in partnership management or vendor management
• Strong understanding of EOR services and global HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard suitable EOR partners
• Establish partnerships with local payroll and service providers
• Negotiate terms and agreements with partners
• Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges
• Research market trends to expand partnership network
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions
• Act as primary contact for partner inquiries
• Assist in developing evaluation frameworks for partners
