Requirements:

• 10+ years of Program management or technical leadership with SaaS products in the cybersecurity market.
• Experience leading a distributed team of program managers and creating a collaborative culture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to influence diverse teams across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership for organizational priorities.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and organizational design principles.
• Experience with complex SaaS technical architectures.
• Ability to facilitate complex problem solving across cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proven ability to drive world-class execution.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development lifecycle.
• Self-starter and solution-oriented personality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and cross-functional program execution to align R&D initiatives with company goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS engineering programs.
• Partner with engineering leadership to evolve organizational structure for scalability.
• Make strategic resource allocation decisions and analyze team performance.
• Drive process improvements across the R&D organization and track success metrics.
• Mentor program managers and directors to foster a high-performing engineering culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership regarding planning and communication.
• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
