Requirements:

• MD or DO degree or international equivalent required.
• Board certified nephrologist preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry-based clinical development experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Experience in initiating and managing clinical trials preferred.
• Strong presentation skills for complex medical data to diverse audiences.
• Technical and analytical skills to solve problems.
• Critical thinking abilities and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a multi-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sponsor medical oversight for assigned clinical trials, focusing on Phase 2 and 3 trials in nephrology.
• Monitor, code, and clean clinical trial data with the cross-functional clinical trial team.
• Author clinical sections of regulatory documents like IND submissions and study protocols.
• Write manuscripts and other documents for external audiences.
• Act as an internal resource for clinical input and liaise with clinical trial sites.
• Support data interpretation and prepare clinical trial reports.
• Contribute to the development of current and future product candidates.
