Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in healthcare, Telehealth, or startups.
• Proven track record of leading growth-focused initiatives, including acquisition and patient experience.
• Experience with Telehealth, preferably working across state-lines in a healthcare startup.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Optimizely, Segment, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with growth experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of the patient sign-up funnel and activation process.
• Develop a roadmap integrating clinical expertise with tailored content for high-quality GI care.
• Incorporate patient feedback to refine the care journey through mobile and web platforms.
• Use analytics and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and track success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
• Serve as the internal advocate for patients, translating feedback into actionable insights.
