Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in Higher Ed
  • Knowledge of the HE market and payments industry
  • Ability to manage a book of business with a team of 10 and 800 accounts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 10-25%
Responsibilities:
  • Director a Team of CSMs in the Higher Ed territory for Transact/CBORD clients
  • Meet sales goals for Renewal, HW, and SW values
  • Align team processes and tasks with CSM leadership
  • Coordinate with Sales leaders for territory alignments
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes
  • Train and onboard new CSM team members
  • Travel as needed to HE events, company planned events, and individual client sites
