Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups).
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send customer invoices and statements.
  • Manage and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Record cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile AR balances and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
  • Process vendor invoices and ensure coding and approval.
  • Prepare and process payment runs.
  • Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Assist with payroll and provide support during audits.
