Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in Independent Aftermarket, wholesale operations, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Dealership Service & Parts Operations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading complex projects with proven results.
• Consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities:

• Territorial responsibility for sales and service agreements among GM, dealers, and IAM stores.
• Act as a consultant to dealers and IAMs, assisting in business plan development.
• Facilitate mentoring and consulting to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction indices and address deficiencies.
• Assist with product launches and marketing coordination.
• Build and manage relationships with dealers and IAMs.
• Ensure personnel training compliance with GM requirements.
• Assist in inventory management and analyze sales opportunities.
