• A proven record in highly available production systems.
• Recruitment and training skills for team leaders and developers.
• Proven record in remote management.
• Experience working with departments such as product, engineering, operations, and customer success.
• Fast learner, able to work independently and adapt quickly.
• Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple backend development teams in fast-paced environments.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable software.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through product development, design, and deployment.
• Contribute to the company's engineering culture by implementing best engineering practices.
• Mentor and support the growth of team leaders, individual contributors, and tech leads.
• Lead complex engineering situations and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage the group's metrics and KPIs based on R&D and company goals.
• Create, recruit, and manage a world-class team of software engineers and technical leaders.
• Help engineers and technical leads improve their skills and experience.
• Develop and maintain an engineering culture focused on execution, quality, mentorship, and open feedback.
• Establish clear and appropriate processes within and across teams.
• Build solutions for complex, large scale problems across various technologies.
