Requirements:

  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  • Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on recruiting performance, pipeline metrics, and hiring trends.
