Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3 years or more experience in public accounting or private industry, preferably with nonprofits.
• Prior CPA firm experience preferred.
• Must hold a current CPA license or be preparing for the CPA exam.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage Intacct, along with experience in cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities:

• Handle aspects of the monthly close including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Supervise and train staff assigned to engagements.
• Assist clients with understanding financial matters and reporting.
• Coordinate phases of engagements with supervisors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
