• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, working with both business and IT resources.
• Led Scrum development teams and guided Agile processes.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements for eCommerce systems.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues and business leaders.
• Experience managing global projects with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project scope, financials, and schedule while organizing project meetings and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide the Scrum process for high-velocity delivery.
• Collaborate with business units, balancing viewpoints and achieving consensus among stakeholders.
• Write user stories and document business requirements for eCommerce solutions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements.
• Lead IT and business resources during testing for quality implementations.
• Establish communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate resources for project delivery.
