Requirements:

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, and communication for various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication in country's official languages and English (C2 proficiency).
• Key knowledge areas include OT infrastructure, threat detection, asset classification, and security compliance.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, and PII.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for successful delivery of Operational Technology Consulting engagements.
• Responsible for team leadership, vendor management, program service offerings, and service architecture.
• Develop and implement strategic OT frameworks, guidelines, and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise architecture security and risk management.
• Troubleshoot complex OT integration issues.
• Collaborate with teams to create security policies and conduct security assessments.
• Provide regular reports on information system status to stakeholders.
