Presales Representative with French & Italian - Biotechnology (Remote in Spain)

Requirements:

• Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex scientific concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels.
• C2/advanced level of French and Italian, with excellent English proficiency.
• Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales and Microsoft Office is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
• Motivated and customer satisfaction-oriented personality.
• Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales.
• Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries.
• Detect and establish new business possibilities in the selected market area.
• Assure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle.
• Proactively identify possibilities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Retain and grow the existing base of customers.
• Interpret customer needs and act proactively to understand those needs.
