Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN License.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment such as ED, Surgical Services, or Critical Care.
• Must be comfortable using technology and accessing multiple applications remotely.
• Ability to type effectively while communicating with patients.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a bonus.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work for any employer.
• Must complete a 3-week training and be available on weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to triage calls from patients and families.
• Provide empathetic communication while adhering to client protocols.
• Document calls using various applications.
• Work in a fast-paced environment meeting call volume expectations.
• Attend required training and orientation.
