Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server 2016, RHEL 7, etc.) and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of server hardware components and enterprise class server hardware.
• Full knowledge of network design and computer systems interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Detail oriented – responsible for creating concise documentation for execution/reference by other teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication, meeting with clients for information gathering.
• Lead client engagements, occasionally as the sole technical lead.
• Adapt work for client-specific solutions requiring flexibility and thought leadership.
• Install and configure server operating systems and applications.
• Write batch and shell scripts for automation to streamline processes.
• Develop deployment methodologies and documentation for client-specific solutions.
