Engineering Manager - ESC

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Strong technical background in security products, developer tooling, or cloud infrastructure, particularly in secrets management or encryption.
• Experience delivering customer-focused, secure software solutions at scale.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on secrets management, configuration, and security.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative culture that prioritizes team ownership and customer focus.
• Work closely with product management, design, and other engineering leaders to define and execute the ESC roadmap.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality, well-tested, and scalable systems that integrate seamlessly with the Pulumi ecosystem.
• Advocate for customer-centric development by incorporating user feedback into planning and decision-making.
