Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of Atlassian’s core product offering, the Atlassian Marketplace, and the Atlassian Partner Ecosystem.
  • 5+ years direct experience in a partner/channel/alliance business model.
  • Ability to recognize potential in untapped opportunities and develop talent through relationships.
  • Highly motivated person with a background in the software industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts and contributing to local marketing and community activities.
  • Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and people development skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate and grow the partner base, focusing on top-level Atlassian Partners.
  • Develop plans to identify and recruit new partners to the Appfire Partner Program.
  • Work with the Programs team to improve Partner Program initiatives and processes.
  • Deliver on strategic goals set by Appfire's leadership team.
  • Mentor and develop other channel managers in the team.
  • Increase Appfire technology presence within partner organizations.
  • Demonstrate the business opportunity of Appfire's solutions.
  • Attend field marketing events and trade shows.
  • Present and speak to partners and at events.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for partners and an external advocate for Appfire.
