Requirements:
  • Based in North America with access to international travel hubs.
  • Deep knowledge of Atlassian’s core product offering, the Atlassian Marketplace, and the Atlassian Partner Ecosystem.
  • 4+ years direct experience in a partner/channel/alliance business model.
  • Ability to recognize and develop untapped opportunities through relationship building and enablement.
  • Highly motivated with a background in the software industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise accounts and contributing to local marketing and community activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate and grow our partner base, focusing on top Atlassian Partners across program tiers.
  • Develop plans to identify and recruit new Partners for the Appfire Partner Program.
  • Contribute to improving current Partner Program initiatives and processes.
  • Deliver on strategic goals established by Appfire's leadership team.
  • Provide guidance, insight, and training to junior Channel Managers.
  • Grow Appfire technologies' presence within solution partners, corporate resellers, and larger system integrators.
  • Demonstrate sales opportunities for Appfire solutions.
  • Attend field marketing events and trade shows.
  • Present/speak to partners and groups at internal and external events.
  • Advocate for partners internally and for Appfire externally.
